DARLING! Wish we could have you all over on Saturday. We are having a cowboy-themed birthday party for Mr. Hal (aka Cowboy Hank), and she'd fit right in!
That little dress is so darling on her! I got it for Harper at my favorite little children's shop here in Tacoma, which just closed. :(
